Noscript message bar question

So I have it set so it shows a message bar come up at the bottom of the screen when scripts are blocked, so it will some up whenever I go to a new page/refresh.

I've noticed since one of the last updates it now comes up whenever I switch tabs also or maybe its always been like this and I never noticed, this isn't huge issue just a minor annoyance. Is there anyway to have it only come up on new pages/refreshes not everytime I change tabs?
