What happened to "Allow all this page" icon

I used to have a NoScript "temporarily allow all this page" icon in my Firefox toolbar.

To get the icon in my toolbar, I had opened the Firefox menu, clicked Customize, and saw several icons in the Additional Tools and Features panel (on the left). I dragged the "temporarily allow all this page" icon and dropped it into my toolbar. After having done that (years ago), I always had a "temporarily allow all this page" icon in my toolbar.

The icon was there with version 5.1.0, but after 5.1.1 was installed, that icon is missing.

I tried the above technique, but there is no "temporarily allow all this page" icon in the Additional Tools and Features.

Was the "temporarily allow all this page" icon deliberately removed from version 5.1.1? It is possible to get it back?

More information on my above post ....

Under the Appearance tab in NoScript options, the Temporarily allow [...] option is checked.

I am using Firefox 55.0.3

Looks like the problem has been fixed.

I can again see the icons for "Temporarily allow all this page" and "Revoke temporary permissions".

Hope others who experienced this problem are also able to see these icons.

Guess we will never know what caused the problem (which was probably overlooked in testing before version 5.1.1 was rolled out). Sigh.

Still not seeing those icons here and when checking for updates, not finding anything, still on 5.5.1

Now they are back and I am still on 5.1.1, I did nothing, must be magic

Opened Firefox 56.0 64 bit and NoScripts updated to 5.1.2 and icons are gone again.

Also gone is status line across bottom that shows number of scripts blocked, maybe nothing is getting blocked?

I have restarted FF and disabled and enabled NoScripts and that didn't change anything.
