Noscript menu items are broken when "Allow HTTPS scripts glo

Hi, I'm having some issues with the Allow HTTPS scripts globally on HTTPS documents option.

NoScript version 2.9.5.2rc2
Firefox version 50.0

Steps to reproduce (done using fresh Firefox profile and only NoScript installed)
- Open NoScript options, open the Advanced tab
- Open the HTTPS tab
- Check the "Allow HTTPS scripts globally on HTTPS documents" option
- Open https://forums.informaction.com/
- Hover over NoScript icon

Result:
No sites are listed and there are multiple blank bars at the bottom of the menu.

I would expect to see list of sites that have scripts allowed and no blank bars.

Can this be fixed?
