Aggiungere opzioni

Salve,
propongo di inserire in Opzioni -> Avanzate un tab Frame, con la possibilà di poter modificare:

-noscript.forbidIFramesContext con dei radio button;

-noscript.allowedMimeRegExp con una textarea.

Sarebbe secondo I che se non coinvolge troppo codice overhead.
(please excuse my complete butchery of the Italian language, couldn't think of what to use for "overhead")

Giorgio is quite busy designing WebExtensions API atm, don't expect it to be implemented really soon.
