Noscript sometimes seems to start only partially

Hi,

For some time now, I am experiencing spurious problems with NoScript in Firefox (I'm currently on 3.0.10, but saw this issue before). Sometimes when I start Firefox, the little NoScript icon will not appear in the status bar and I will consequently not be able to allow any JavaScript anywhere. Notice, that NoScript seems still to be running, at least JavaScript, Flash, PDFs etc. are still being blocked. Only NoScript's GUI seems not to be running at all. Restarting Firefox fixes the problem, although sometimes it can take a number of restarts.

I had a similar issue with TabMixPlus and was originally assuming this adon to be the problem, but the problem remains even now after I uninstalled TMP. None of the other adons I have installed (Adblock 0.5.3.043, British English Dictionary 1.19, GooglePreview 3.20, Java Quick Starter 1.0, McAfee Site Advisor 28.0, .NET Framework Assistant 1.0, Skype extension 2.2.0.102) seem to have any such problems as far as I can tell.

What could be the problem?
