Firefot doesn't work

Hi,all:
In my Flashgot, "Firefot" is able to detect those videos in my browser,
but Flashgot is unable to download it

It shows me that "Download manager not properly installed",
can anyone teach me how to fix it?

With download manager are you trying to use FlashGot with?

Are you on Vista by any chance? This could be a permission issue caused by UAC.

Actually,i don't know what "download manager" is...
i don't know whether it is one of the components of flashgot or other firefox add-on,
i try to re-install flashgot add-on,but the error still can't be fixed...

According to your screenshot you've got BitComet.
Does it work from IE (using the "Download all with BitComet" menu item)?
If it doesn't, please try to reinstall it.

FlashGot is not a downloader itself but works in conjunction with a huge number of them. As Giorgio stated, based on your screenshot it appears you are using BitComet which IS a downloader but may not be installed correctly.

Good, it eliminates Vista's UAC issue, so now comes down to a bad installation or possibly misconfigured.

Do as Giorgio recommended and test in IE and if it works there but not in Firefox, then its a configuration issue, if it doesn't work in IE either, then its a bad install and you should try to uninstall it clean and reinstall with latest version. Good luck.
