Can't see Videos on Activision Sites

I was wondering if we can download complete Videos from Activision Blizzard

When i look at

Code: Select all

www.blizzcon.com
the "Flashgot Media" Symbol doesn't detect any Video although the Source of the Page gives quite a few promising lines like

Code: Select all

https://blizzcon2017vod.akamaized.net/p/516b9cd-00d45ef6940/b5df049cb34b4ff0_enUS-14450137/b5df049cb34b4ff0_enUS-14450137.m3u8
It would be great if we had the same possibilities like on YT, where you can select the quality and format you want to download in the context menu and get a complete file instead of just a small 1mb chunk that can't be played.

FlashGot typically doesn't see m3u "links".
And in this case it isn't even a "link" but rather a textual "URL" in a web page.
And FlashGot is even less likely to search out that (though there are times that that certainly would be helpful).

There are times where the m3u provides enough direct information to download all the associated segments of a file, but I'm not even seeing that in this case.

Maybe a "sniffer" type program will pick up something useful?

Or maybe search (Google) for 'activitision video download' & that might clue you in on a method?

There isn't any specific tool for this site so i came here.
DASH and HLS are all about fragments and Youtube also uses multiple fragments for a video and we can get full videos.
So i assume we can adapt this strategy to other sites as well. Why would you continue to talk about NoScript when the Addon i have trouble with is Flashgot btw?
There is no benefit to get this url and the files behind it out of the browser since the authentication cookies are lost, we need to get this stuff as close to the source as possible.

Heh, sometimes I forget where I'm at. Fixed.
