Scripts for Batch Download

I'm looking to automatize the way I download files from specific websites.

Right now I'm using FlashGot "selection filter" to select the URLs with files inside a webpage I'm looking to download with JDownloader. It works fine but I always need to specify the filtering string (which is always the same).

Is there a way to write a script to automatize this process?
I usually write JavaScripts and execute them with Greasemonkey to automatize my other stuffs inside Firefox. Is it maybe possible to interface FlashGot with Greasemonkey?
