hi!
New issue
After a fresh install, "Flashgot Link" will only bring up the save file dialog the first time you use it. It doesn't seem to be bringing up the save file dialog after the first usage - every subsequent use of "flashgot link" goes straight to the download manager and the download gets queued into the manager's default directory.
This also happens when using "Flashgot Selection", but only selecting a single link.
Using "Flashgot selection" and selecting multiple links works as expected, bringing up a save file dialog.
Mainly using Jdownloader, but I tested the native browser option as well.
Logs from the debug version:

Using Kubuntu 15.10, tested on 2 separate machines, one of which was a completely clean install.

Re: Flashgot Link not bringing up a save file dialog
FlashGot uses the browser's settings for downloads which are either a) automatically save to a folder or b) always ask for the destination path.
If you don't want to wander through the UI, open about:config and set browser.download.useDownloadDir to false.
