Youtube "Fragments".
Oh caught something odd at Youtube on an odd one or two clips, where the Dash entries only had a singular mp4 & an associated singular m4a, & the non-Dash entries "grew" over time, the way that some "fragmented" clips might do, so every X number of seconds another "part" would show up. There were more "normal" entries in the non-Dash end.
Suppose some sort of change or testing on their end...
