cannot grab videos played with hagriya players

My FlashGot icon just blink, and showes small load bar left from the icon, after that nothing happens. This is happening only with movies played in Hagriya Players: http://www.agriya.com/products-flv-player/

It could be the transport method (like rtsp://)?

At Elite Player Demo, I can successfully download the sample clip, 1.flv.

Flash can be resource intensive.

Sometimes the bar not fully loading could be one indication of this.
Sometimes with WMV or AVI files (which typically pre-load a part of the file before displaying) & when served from a slow server, can cause a delay in the progress bar completing & the FlashGot icon from displaying.

Sometimes you need to click away from the Window & then go back to it. (When you click away, because it no longer has focus, CPU resources will be diverted, lowering the CPU load, enabling other processes to go forth.)

Anyhow, I had no problem downloading the video from boyz.

Both Net Transport & Orbit are able to successfully download the file.
