google-analytics surrogate broken(?) on Google Keep

This is a goofy one. I can't find any Google apps that actually use analytics, except this one. And if it's not allowed, it doesn't load beyond the search bar header.
I have a hunch that it's not the usual analytics script but something custom sitting on that domain, but I'd like someone that knows how the surrogate works internally to take a peek.
