Where are NoScript settings to back them up?

Firefox 85.1.3 is crashing on startup. It happened with 85.1.1 and that required an uninstall and reinstall. I lost all of my mobile NoScript settings; I don't want to lose everything again.

- Please tell me which files/directories I need to copy to salvage whitelist data. (I am accessing the phone via adb)
- As I have a better whitelist on my laptop, can I import that exported settings file (NoScript.txt) to my Android device?
