Noscript blocks local LAN access

Noscript 3.5a14
Firefox 49.0.2
Android 6.0.1
I recently got a new phone, installed Firefox and Noscript, and all is working fine, except Noscript is blocking access to any web site on the local LAN. I don't mean scripts loading from the LAN, I mean the whole page fails to connect. No error is given, just a blank page.
If I disable Noscript it loads fine.
I tried disabling ABE but that made no difference.
I manually whitelisted the IP I was connecting to, but that made no difference.
I couldn't find any setting that seemed to be connected to LAN access other than ABE.
This used to work with my older phone, with Firefox and Noscript, but I'm not sure what versions they were.
