I renewed my Uniblue SpeedUpMyComputer, they gave me a new serial number, I copied it into the proper field, and their system wouldn't accept the serial number.
I called their 800 number and they told me they would have to share my computer screen in order for them to activate my renewal. I said I would not share my screen with them, I would cancel my credit card payment. They said that's fine.
I thought you ought to know this, since you advertise their service.
P.S. I tried to contact their customer service and it is a closed loop. Sounds like a scam to me.
