WAN IP ∈ LOCAL option include to LOCAL all my SOCKS-proxy IPs (split from t=22769)

This is thread for anon (== without annoying registration) ABE bug reports?
Well.
If WAN IP ∈ LOCAL option enables — it include to LOCAL all my SOCKS-proxy IPs.
Therefore if i see my site from my proxy (with same IP) — i cannot update it after disable proxy: update tries rejected by ABE, because IP changed.
Its not good behavior.
