I noticed a new about:config entry for noscript.ABE.cspHeaderDelim that lists it as a user set string containing a unique looking value. I just wanted to confirm that is intended as it was automatically created at some point starting with or after version 2.9.5.3 rather than user created.
Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, what is it there for?

I imagine it's rather like MIME part boundaries, a string to mark the start and end of a block of text, which must not appear within the text.
