Port Authority extension

Just happened on this today, and decided to install it - https://github.com/ACK-J/Port_Authority
A big part of its functionality seems similar to the default ABE ruleset of NoScript Classic (although it's not as configurable as ABE and I don't think it does WAN IP protection).
