Altap Salamander 4.0 - Freeware

Altap Salamander is a fast and reliable two-panel file manager for Windows. It has an intuitive interface, offers viewers for all popular file formats as well as support for common archives, and has built-in FTP and SFTP clients.

My go to file manager - forever (well, ever since Norton Commander, DOS, went out of fashion). (I have only looked at this 4.0 - for an instant, so far.)

4.0 is Win7 & up.
3.0.8 supports XP (& is pay).

There is a fix for the dbviewer plugin, https://forum.altap.cz/viewtopic.php?p=68092#p68092.
Download, extract its' contents somewhere, then overwrite the existing files (correct bitness), respective locations in Salamander's installation directory (so some place like; programfiles/salamander/plugins/dbviewer/ ...).
