I didn't come up with anything for webshots.
Possibly because of the way the site is coded using in the web page. Things like:

You can do something like blocking http://p.webshots.net/css/media.css
, but then the layout is screwy.

This extension works fine..
The extension Nuke Anything Enhanced hides those clear overlays very efficiently.https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/951
But does not give an idea what is being knocked out.You can set a filter with ABP later.Anyother similiar addons..?
