I inserted a new step 1) to General Troubleshooting Instructions listing some problematic extensions. Thank you for the list, Giorgio.

Thank you for the suggestion. Because those lists are so general, I'm reluctant to explicitly add them to instructions for handling NoScript specific problems. I think Problematic extensions is included in the Standard Diagnostic.
