"not authorized to view this forum"

I am confused about a forum post notification I have received concerning an old post I made some time ago. The email "topic reply notification" started out normally, saying for example, "You are receiving this notification because you are watching the topic, "PureVPN" at "InformAction Forums"..... . Then it showed me some links to view the topic, the specific post, the forum, etc. However, when I tried using the link to view the newest post, that is, "viewtopic.php?f=19&t=19641&p=73967&e=73967", I then get a message saying that I am "...not authorized to view this forum."
So what is up with that, or what should I do differently to see the post in question?
