Wrong email notification

Wrong email notification

I was notified of a new post in one of the topics to which I am subscribed but when I clicked to view the topic, my post was the last one. Does this just mean someone deleted a spam post, or is there an issue with the forum software?
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
