I can definitely do that. Those for the ones I originally mentioned are:
- relink.us: http://relink.us/go.php?id=1e33ebcbb6 (This has four URLs behind it.)
- secured.in: Not sure if these formats are different on the development end, but:
- A captcha-less single file at a single URL: http://secured.in/download-316888-c0c3826a.html
- This is a captchaed group of 4 files: http://secured.in/download-316889-cea1aaba.html
- protectlinks.com: They appear to only do single URLs to single URLs. http://www.protectlinks.com/189618
