No, cannot reproduce (on Ubuntu, though).
Did you try Standard Diagnostic?
Could you show me your latest about:crashes entries?

Hi Giorgio Maone,

No ... its no entry in about:crashes ... becourse the Firefox hangs ...

there comes no crash report or something else ... is realy like oldskool on win98 or so ... that it realy hangs and you can just kill the prozess ...

i don't know what programm i can use for screencapture ... than could i make a video and upload it to youtube

but i have test it on VirtualBox too...

with the same results ...

Have you try it on Sun Java? and open a Pciture(Foto) over the chat window (Java applet)

No not realy ... but i have tiryed on a brand new system on my VM and on my system too... (and i have at this time the OS two times new installed with format and on other OS's archlinux or so it works not too with SUn java and Flashgot)

since 6 months... every time the same ...

it works ... still i acitivate the flashgot plugin ... and i have just installed on a new VM (OpenSuse 11.3) the flash got plugin and the preinstalled plugins and the Sun java plugin... (important is Sun JAVA!!! on the OPen JDK it works completly not)

i think noty that the standart diagnostik realy works at this part .... i have my firefox at the time new installed ... and so on ... but its every time the same ... if the flashgot is enabled knuddels is crashing(hanging) the complete firefox prozess but if its disabled it works..

i think you should test it on a VM ...just install the Sun Java on it and flashgot and try to open over java (when you login) to open a picture..

Could you rephrase this? I couldn't understand what you mean. Thanks.

Ok ... I mean

Login at http://www.knuddels.de/index.html?v=90abx&c=3 (to register you dont need a email)

A new window pupout (JAVA)

and there make you a right click on a user ... (on the right side) and click on "Foto"

than a new Tab open in firefox and the firefox hangs

But if you want i can make a Screen Capture (Video)... and upload it to Youtube ... i just dont know what capture programm is be good
