When i search something in google, in results page there is a weird blank area in just above the list of results. I find by testing disabling/enabling addons, that it doesnt not occur when flashgot disabled, but occurs when enabled.
Is this a bug about flashgot or sth?

I get the same results whether FlashGot is enabled or not.

Yes, it seems to be a bug in Surf Canyon's search refinements, causing that empty gap when there's no refinement link available.
