[BUG]flashgot.nested-menu always reverts to false

Hi!
flashgot.nested-menu setting always reverts to false and download icon always shows to the right of the bookmark icon, no matter where you place it, after
browser restart. Also clicking OK button on settings windows doesn't close it. Tested with flashGot 1.5.6.13 on 64-bit Firefox 50.1.
