uGet for Windows, request support similar to WellGet

I was wondering if it would be possible to give uGet for Windows the same kind of "browse for the binary" option that WellGet has?
The auto-support for uGet is perfect for Linux but since uGet for Windows is a portable app it is unlikely to be able to autodetect it.
I am not sure if it is possible to have a different system for Windows version vs the Linux version but if the "browse for binary" part could be available for uGet on Windows then that would be perfect.
