[request] Improved file naming and file extension

I'm using FlashGot + DownThemAll
Example: "222 Live and Uncut Disc 1" by Patton Oswalt - Profile - Grooveshark
If I use DownThemAll's *name*.*ext* the result is "stream.php". If I rename ".php" to ".mp3" - the file works.
How about if *name*.*ext* creates a file "[html page title].mp3". Or at least "[DownThemAll description].mp3".
