Since I installed version 1.9.9.37 no window.open popups are opened.
Javascript is allowed on affected sites.
There are no "problems" listed in error console of firefox. "Re"-tested with opera and popups are opened so it is a noscript problem. No problem in 1.9.9.36 and below.

If I click "Link mit Fenster" the onClick event is not started.

Should be fixed in latest development build 1.9.9.38.
