[FIXED] 11.3.4rc2 Drag&drop customization no longer possible

Although the customization mode can still be entered by clicking the middle of the top area of NoScript popup, it is no longer possible to actually drag&drop the items. Nothing happens when trying - the element I attempt to drag just receives focus and that's it.

drag&drop does not work in existing profile with existing customized arrangement either, although the existing rearrangement is still used.

Fixed in latest development build (a work-around for a Firefox bug, actually):
