NoScript bug in Firefox: New update gives Source Map Error

Post by arcanemachine »

NoScript Version 11.1.8
FF Version 84.0.2 (64-bit)
Windows 8.1

I just noticed this problem in my FF console:

Code: Select all

Source map error: Error: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.
Resource URL: moz-extension://9c9d2504-f68b-4c2b-9bd7-423e9183d4d2/lib/browser-polyfill.js
Source Map URL: browser-polyfill.js.map
I tracked the problem down, and it appears to be coming from NoScript.

I also noticed the same file referenced in today's changelog.

Please fix. I need my precious console space lol.

Fixed in latest development build:
v 11.1.9rc1
============================================================
x Replace script-embedded bitmap with css-embedded SVG as
the placeholder logo
x Updated TLDs
x Remove source map reference causing console noise
x Fix per-site permissions UI glitches when base domain is
added to existing subdomain (thanks barbaz for reporting)
