Some overeducated web designers like to block viewers ability to copy texts on web sites. They do that to product names, account numbers or to anything on the site. If site says me that I have transfer money to their account number, I am forced to type whole thing by hand instead of copying it.
I still can get plain text copy in page source if I want. Their protection is over designed. Is to possible to get option to disable that CSS control in noscript. I don't know other firefox plugin that has such option atm.
Technically it is not scripting, but that css is still control used by remote site to manipulate normal browser behavior.

Re: CSS selection controls
I use the Stylus extension for persisting this kind of manipulations.
It's like GreaseMonkey/ViolentMonkey/TaperMonkey but for CSS, rather than for scripts.

NoScript is only a security tool. This is not a browser security problem.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

No problem. Sorted out those buggers with userContent.css.
