11.0.35rc2 - strange cyan box which is ugly and hurts the eyes

The three dots in front of a domain (untrusted or HTTP) are backed by a cyan background that is ugly and hurts the eyes. This cyan box has been there since version 11.0.35rc2 (Firefox 79):

I had just gotten done closing the yellow-mellow tab,
