[Fixed] 11.0.4rc3 console errors

In NoScript 11.0.4rc3 I'm getting a lot of console noise like this -

Error: NoScript cannot handle message %s {"___syncMessageId":"<random GUID>,<url of the page I'm visiting>"}:142:11

This is happening on every page visit. I'm also seeing this message appear for "about:blank" when I hover over any extension's toolbar icon. Is it significant?

No, it's just cosmetic, but thanks for noticing it so I'll be sure to make it go away before stable release.
