[Fixed] Chrome: Drag to hide icons not working

Referencing the ability to hide "Disable restriction globally (dangerous)" and "Disable restrictions for this tab" as described in this post: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25233&p=98788&hilit ... ons#p98788
I am unable to use this function in when NoScript is installed in Chrome (works fine in Firefox). When NoScript is initially installed in Chrome, the function appears to work. But when Chrome is restarted, the unwanted icons are in their default position, and drag-to-hide is not available.
Any ideas?
BTW, I wouldn't mind keeping "Disable restriction for this tab" visible, if I could rearrange the icons or add some sort of spacer. I've got about a decade of muscle memory on using the old NoScript, and I'll hit the wrong icon if if the newer icons are present.
