Device or time-based activation

Hi,
I'm a Firefox user using syncronized profile on work and at home. I can't use NoScript at work but I use it at home. What I do at the moment is to enable/disable it every now and then. It would be nice to allow disabling/enabling functionality based on time or even better on device.
I don't use two different Firefox profiles for that because I can't AFAIK synchronize them together and I want shared bookmarks.
