Bug report: site unusable unless NoScript disabled or removed.

This site is unusable on the latest Firefox on Android, Ubuntu and Windows 7. It doesn't matter whether you whitelist everything - you just get a fraction of what should be rendered unless you completely remove or disable NoScript.
That's the mobile site for a bank. The full site works on Ubuntu but not Windows 7 or Android, unless you again disable NoScript:

This is an online bank. You do not need an account to reproduce the problem. There is no way to enter any credentials with NoScript enabled.
