NoScript | Options are Ineffectual During High Browser Load

Might be there is nothing you can do, but...

Eh, I guess ? maybe should not have posted this, as it's kind of like a DUH... ?
(Anyhow, I started so here it is.)

But then, maybe a global "kill" switch, a Ctrl+Shift+F12 interrupt, that interrupts "everything", allowing NoScript to Revoke All, refreshing as needed... eh, I'm smoking.
