[Fixed] 10.1.8.5 breaks ns tag functionality and redirect

Just had the Noscript auto-updated to this version.
Since, the behavior results in:
Sites prompt for captcha, thinking the browser is a robot.
Type anything in Google (under default restrictions), the redirect page hangs, e.g.: https://www.google.com/search?source=...
