NoScript Context-menu Item -> Jump To

NoScript has a Context-menu Item.
Can clicking that cause (cursor) focus to actually 'jump to' the NoScript icon rather then simply opening it?
(And while we're at it, do I recall, or am I not recalling correctly, that some webextensions can expand a context-menu select [to the right {or I guess to the left, depending on LTR kind of thing}], & if so, maybe have the ability to throw in a few options there, or even a Temporarily Allow Top Level Domain?)
