10.1.8.2 Glitchy menu popup animation

When opening NoScript menu by clicking on icon, a glitchy animation is shown (with icons changing, etc.), like in a gif below. Otherwise noscript is working fine.

Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) with Xfce 4.12
