[FIXED] NS10.1.6.6RC1 - Lack of tab persistence on refresh

Now that the options page is tabbed, a refresh button next to search or add website in Per-site permissions tab is necessary. A refresh of the whole Options page sends you back to General tab so you can't see the results right away. This may be annoying especially when working with large per-site permissions databases. The refresh routine can also be re-purposed to patch

Confirmed fixed. Thanks. Storing the tab ID in the URL, definitely a far better solution than what I suggested, sleek and professional.
