RFE: Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button:
Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button and have the clock enlarge when activated.

This seems like a valuable feature. BUT ... if there were a separate "Temp. Custom" preset, the clock icon would not need to enlarge when it's selected. The clock icon on "Temp. Trusted" never changes size.Bounder wrote:Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button and have the clock enlarge when activated.

So long as the proposed separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button is clearly visibly different from the "CUSTOM" button, then I'd be just as happy.

Re: RFE: Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button:
I don't understand the rationale for this extra button.
If you want to grant a certain site CUSTOM permission, you're already willing to perform some extra clicks to check/uncheck those individual capabilities. Clicking the clock icon too in order to make them tempoarary doesn't seem a big issue, while not polluting the UI (and subtracting further horizontal space, which especially in the popup and on Android is pretty scarce) is a great advantage.

A good point that I have quibbled with prior to this RFE. I was driven by those moments when one forgets to click the clock because essentlally one is fatigued....which probably means one should not be browsing, but sleeping!! I'm not too fussed if it's not viable at this stage, or at all for that matter - I've been surviving well without it. Perhaps if the WebExtensions tools develop further, then it may be possible in the future to re-visit this RFE without such a feature impacting on the Android situation.
