I think ABE for NoScript 10 should be incarnated as a LAN permission that works like this:
- Connections to LAN IPs are allowed by default only in address bar;
- Connections to WAN IP are allowed by default only in address bar;
- permission check is always performed after DNS resolution to cover for custom router domain names;
- LAN permission granted to a website means it can make connections to LAN space.
