Oh. That's bad to hear. I hope they are in contact with Giorgio about this.

I can only speak for myself, but for me, NoScript is at the moment 100% broken, as it not only causes rendering issues, but even browser crashes (probably same or related issue). Moreover, considering the fact that NoScript speaks mostly to more computer affine users, I would say that proper Linux support is crucial, at least for the most popular distributions.

10.1.5.8rc2 works very well for me . No more rendering problems and the settings page works fine now.

Yep, the rendering problems are gone. Well done!

@Giorgio:
Could you enlighten us on what exactly caused this issue, and why not on Windows? What did you change? You didn't even advertize rc2 as "fixing rendering issues on Linux".

EDIT: The weird thing is, that since I have installed 10.1.5.8rc2, also 10.1.5.7 is working! If have uninstalled the plugin completely and rebooted Firefox before testing this to make sure there is no option in browser.storage that could cause this. Strange.

Could you guys also test going back to 10.1.5.7 ? It's really weird here. Almost as if 10.1.5.8 triggered something permanently in the browser.

Yeah, it would only work for a certain amount of time here as well. So I switched to 10.1.5.8rc3. It looks less fancy (transparency apparently gone), but works.
