NoScript 10.1.3rc1 Unable to set temporary allow

NoScript 10.1.3rc1 and .2 before it do not seem to honour the 'Temporary' Setting for allowing sites. Selecting custom and clicking the clock 'enables' the clock so it should be temporary but when the page refreshes or looking at the list in NoScripts settings, the clock is not highlighted.

It does seem to work when trying to temporally set a domain to 'Trusted.'
