While (again) lurking on Tor's trac I found a possibly NoScript bug description:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Open Stock Tor Browser 7.5a4.

Set the security setting to Low.

Visit https://web.archive.org/save/https://sv ... design.pdf, after some time PDF should show up.

Set the security setting to Medium.

Refresh the page.

PDF wont show up no matter how much you wait

There's nothing in the stuff that is disabled at Medium security setting that would cause the PDF to not show up, so this is most definitely a bug.

A cypherpunk there suggested that this was a NoScript bug.

I was able to reproduce this with NoScript on FF52.
