Re: (2.9.5rc27) Automatic reload broken?
i see such behavior on other sites, not only Youtube. Amazon, apple.com, microsoft.com, whatever. Noscript 2.9.0.14 - almost instant autoreload after you allow/forbid scripts, 2.9.5rc25 and newer - automatic reload is broken on every page.

Please check latest development build rc28, thanks.

Automatic reload works again, thanks! Although that operation in 2.9.0.14 was visibly faster and smooth.

Re: (2.9.5rc27) Automatic reload broken?
On e10s-disabled browser, maybe. If e10s is enabled it should smoother than ever. Please double check whether e10s is enabled or not (on Firefox 50 it mostly depends on the installed add-ons and the accessibility configuration you've got).Klayton wrote:Although that operation in 2.9.0.14 was visibly faster and smooth.

Seems that rc29 has very well performance even in non-e10s Firefox 50. Thanks!

Sorry, *not* fixed in 2.9.5rc29

Re: (2.9.5rc27) Automatic reload broken?
Hi I had the same problem. rc31 does fix the reloading issue, but I'm still experiencing the other half of the problem. As mentioned in my other thread, when allowing/forbidding for each element, there is a delay: the mouse pointer becomes the loading ring for a good second. This never happened before, clicking an element is usually instantaneous. It's a problem when several things must be forbidden/allowed.
EDIT: Sorry, meant rc31, not 28.

Re: (2.9.5rc27) Automatic reload broken?
Hmm, am I the only user where automatic reloading doesn't work in latest development build 2.9.5rc31?
EDIT
Did a full NoScript reset. Deleted entire non-mandatory whitelist. Added back the two domains in the OP. And... auto-reload still doesn't work

Re: (2.9.5rc27) Automatic reload broken?
Actually more of the problem than I thought is still there in this update. There is another problem where the browser is sometimes instead reloading the page for each and every individual element I allow, instead of waiting until I choose ones to allow/forbid and then move the mouse away to refresh. This was also happening prior to the update, along with the other issue, although less frequently.

Re: (2.9.5rc27) Automatic reload broken?
Bumped the NS version in the thread title.
Either way, it's a different problem than this one, so please start a new thread for it, thanks.
Can be expected, depending how you're allowing sites. If you are using the sticky menu, then it's a bug.mechadon wrote:There is another problem where the browser is sometimes instead reloading the page for each and every individual element I allow, instead of waiting until I choose ones to allow/forbid and then move the mouse away to refresh.

Re: (2.9.5rc33) Automatic reload broken?
I can reproduce this bug in Nightly 16-11-16, NS2.9.5rc33. Bug is not reproduced with NS2.9.0.14barbaz wrote:NoScript 2.9.5rc27

Thanks GH113 for confirming. Good to know it's not something I've done wrong.

Re: (2.9.5rc35) Automatic reload broken?
Still happening in 2.9.5rc35. I am still running the same SeaMonkey 2.46pre and do not plan to upgrade until the Gecko 51 cycle.
