spurious blocked flash object in Fx25

Fx 24.0.0esr & 25.0.0, NS 2.6.8.5rc1, new profile
  1. block flash on trusted
  2. go to and allow, http://www.pandora.com/
  3. in Fx24 there ate three blocked flash objects with urls pointing to swf files
    in Fx25 there's an extra one with the url of http://www.pandora.com/
